How Do I Enroll in Ebranch?
Enrolling in eBranch is as simple as logging in.
Step 1: Need a Chartway Account # and Call 24 PIN
Step 2: Login
Once you have your account number and Call-24 Personal Identification Number (PIN) handy (if you don't have your PIN, please call our Contact Center, or visit your local branch), you'll need to make sure your computer is utilizing Internet Explorer or Netscape versions 4.0 or higher.
- Go to www.chartway.com and input your basic account number and Call-24 PIN in the eBranch section on the left menu bar and click on GO.
- You will now have the access to transfer funds and manage your Chartway accounts.
Add Free Billpay
- Click "Pay Bills" and agree to the disclosure within eBranch
Add Free eStatements
- You will be asked to provide a valid email address
- In eBranch select "Personal Profile" then select "Change email Address" to enter a new, or update your current email address.
- Return to the "Accounts Home" page then click the "eStatements" link
- Thats it! You are now able to view all of your Chartway eStatements within eBranch.
*Requires eStatements enrollment and payment of at least three (3) bills a month. Otherwise, the $4.95 monthly fee will be assessed. Fee is waived with Premier or Elite 50 Plus Checking.
